Accounting/HR Professional Classification: Salary Exempt Salary
Range: DOE Report To: COO/CFO Date: 03/06/2025 JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective We are looking for an Accounting/HR Professional
to join our team and oversee the accounting, payroll, Personnel/HR
and coordinating employee benefits. In this role, you will be
responsible for leading the planning and development of accounting
and reporting processes for compliance with applicable
accounting/payroll and HR standards. You will facilitate the
management of account payables, receivables, invoicing and
affiliated reconciliations. The ideal candidate needs to have
excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. You should
also be experienced with using accounting software, Quickbooks,MS
Office, Excel and Word. These skills are an essential requirement
of the job to be successful in this position. Reasonable

years of experience working in QuickBooks Payroll and Quickbooks
Enterprise Desk Top Accounting. Working knowledge of applicable
accounting standards and practices. Good familiarity with banking
and banking rules and compliance. Preferred applicable HR
experience and expertise to manage a 1-person office. Must have
experience with payroll taxes, payroll compliance requirements.
Must have a good working knowledge of sales tax, state taxes and
federal taxes including due dates, deadlines and compliance rules.
This position is exposed to a large volume of confidential

office environment. This role routinely uses standard office

Demands The physical demands described here are representative of
those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job. This position constantly operates
a computer, calculator, and/or common office equipment. While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to remain stationary for an extended length of time at a
desk. The employee is frequently required to use hands to touch,
handle, or feel objects. The employee is occasionally required to
walk; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required
by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and the ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected
Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Work weeks are
typically 40 hours. We offer a 4-day work week. Days and hours of
work are Monday through Thursday - 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some Fridays
work may be necessary depending on the workload. Other Duties: All
other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate by Management.
