- Provides healthcare to the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
- Services include medical, surgical, and rehabilitation.

  - Must have experience with ER Utilization Review
  - 5 years of experience required
  - Required Education: Associates in Nursing or higher
    - Schedule Information
    - Shift: 8:30A-5P, Mon-Fri
    - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
