Job Title: RN Med-Surg

Location: Chinle, AZ 86503
Duration: 1 year (options for 26 weeks or fulltime)
Start Date: January 2025
Shift Schedule: 7 shifts/2-week period

Qualification:
License: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
Certifications: BLS, ACLS Required (PALS, TNCC, NRP good to have)
Experience: Shall have 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 year in Med-Surg
Driving License

Responsibilities:
Provide full range of medical-surgical and critical care management to patients admitted to Special Care Unit (SCU), accepting patients over the age of 14.

Exercise knowledge of the nursing process and its application to clinical practice in order to provide individualized, goal oriented nursing care to the adolescent and adult critical care patients.

Exercise knowledge of biological aspects of disease processes and illness in order to recognize complications and implement appropriate therapeutic intervention required.

Analyze the results of various medical procedures and translate them into appropriate nursing interventions.
