TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Farmington, New Mexico, 87401 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (Must be from American Heart Association) Must-Have: - Proficiency in supporting patients and surgeons with significant traumatic injuries - Competence in handling everything from basic and quick laparoscopic procedures to open, complicated abdominal and/or chest cavity trauma cases Job Description: - Work the weeks of Christmas and New Year---s - Support a level III trauma center with state-of-the-art operating suites - Provide healthcare to a diverse patient population across multiple states - Collaborate within units like childbirth, cancer, nephrology, pediatrics, behavioral health, day surgery, and imaging and lab testing - Develop competencies in neuro, ortho, trauma, vascular, and OBGYN - Engage in various OR specialties, including Urology, Neuro, General, GYN, Podiatry, Plastic, Ortho, Dental, and ENT - Handle on-call requirements with weekend hours varying - Excel in a department featuring 10 ORs with a patient ratio of 1:1 - Utilize varied equipment and Cerner EHR system - Interact with a diverse patient population across all age groups - Focus on continuous skill enhancement and collaboration with experienced supervisors 26099680EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS - AHA BLS - AHA Core Competency Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
